With your purchase you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change. In case of disputes, the terms and conditions at the time of the ticket purchase are valid. 1. Organization The Vienna Tango Festival – TANGOAMADEUS - is organized by the association TangoAmadeus - "Verein zur Bewahrung und Förderung der südamerikanischen Kunst und Kultur”, located in Vienna, Austria. 2. Buying Tickets Transactions for buying tickets are handled by VIVEUM. VIVEUM will keep your financial information private and protected. In case of a bank transfer the buyer bears all fees. 3. Delivery After ordering tickets on our website you will receive a reservation number via email. The owner of the ticket needs to know the reservation number and the full name to clarify problems and/or questions in the registration process at the event. Tickets etc. can be picked up at the registration desk at the venue by indicating your full name and reservation number, if needed. The organizer reserves the right to collect possible differences between the bill total and the effective received amount in cash at the entrance before handing out tickets etc. Only fully paid tickets will be given out. Please note that if the festival tickets will be in the form of wristbands these must be worn at all times. If you remove or accidentally damage/lose your wristband, you will need to purchase another ticket/wristband. Wristbands will not be exchanged. 5. Booking / Cancellation policy Booking and payment is possible only via Internet and credit card (Visa or Master Card) Cancellation by participants until 31st of March is possible with 90% refund. Cancellation by participants between the 1st and 30st of April is possible with 50% refund. No refund for cancellations after the 30st of April. In case of cancellation by the host you will receive 100% refund of your payment. All advertised performers/instructors have been confirmed prior to publishing all promotional material. TangoAmadeus cannot be held responsible in the event of cancellation by any of the advertised personnel. We reserve the right to exchange and/or delete artists from our lineup. This doesn't imply the customers right to cancel tickets. TangoAmadeus reserves the right to change an announced location of any event due to unforeseen happenings. This does not justify compensation or return of paid entrance fees and does not justify any legal right to complaints by the customers. TangoAmadeus will undertake all possible effort to maintain the announced locations. By entering your email address during the booking process you agree to receive our newsletter. This subscription can be cancelled without reason any time. Simply click on the “unsubscribe button” or write an email with your request to newsletter@tangoamadeus.com. We will use your email address only for the above stated purpose of sending you our newsletter and will not disclose it to third parties. 6. Security Service There will be an internal security service present during the event. Instructions of the security service personnel and instructions of staff members are to be strictly followed at all times. Otherwise, the organization reserves the right to expel anyone from the venue without any financial compensation. The association TangoAmadeus has the right to refuse individuals entry and participation to/in the event anytime without statement of reasons. Possible refunds are subject to the decision of TangoAmadeus. 7. Personality rights All customers agree that the organizing association, his contractors and media representatives will be filming and photographing at the event. With the purchase of his ticket the customer agrees that all above mentioned parties can use all pictures and videos altered or unaltered without compensation for all sort of purposes; explicitly, but not exclusively, for media publications, for publications on the Festival website, for promotional purposes, or Festival video and DVD. 8. Insurance Each customer is responsible for his or her insurance issues. TANGOAMADEUS is not liable for lost or stolen property. 9. Responsibility a. Content The association TangoAmadeus reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected. All offers are not-binding and without obligation. Parts of the pages or the complete publication including all offers and information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by the association TangoAmadeus without separate announcement. b. Referrals and links The association TangoAmadeus is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from its pages - unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site from viewing those pages. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable, not the one who has linked to these pages. Furthermore the association TangoAmadeus is not liable for any postings or messages published by users of discussion boards, guestbooks or mailinglists provided on its page. c. Copyright The association TangoAmadeus intended not to use any copyrighted material for the publication or, if not possible, to indicate the copyright of the respective object. The copyright for any material created by the association TangoAmadeus is reserved. Any duplication or use of objects such as diagrams, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the association's agreement. d. Data security If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of this data is done voluntarily by the customers through correspondence, through the receipt of forms, as well as through ticket orders. Usage and payment of all offered services is permitted - if and so far technically possible and reasonable - without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymous data or an alias. The privacy of the data will be respected and access by third parties is prevented. e. Legal validity of this disclaimer This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the internet publication which you were referred from. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
